Lionseal Group has started its operation in the year 2000, as African Agro Products Ltd – A Crop Protection Chemical Company. The group has achieved leadership position in Crop Protection segment of the Nigerian agriculture within a span of 15 years, with well established Brand Equity.
In the year 2009, the group has decided to expand its operations to agricultural commodity processing & packaging in chosen areas of business. As a result, we decided to start manufacturing Laundry and Toilet
Soaps from local palm oil and fats, and to lead the mass market, especially in the North of Nigeria.
In the year 2014, the group has decided to consolidate the business activities of different companies, namely African Agro Commodities Ltd., Shamantaka Industries Ltd. under one umbrella with the new corporate identity as Lionseal Industries Ltd., to achieve better focus, operational synergy and economy of scale.
